Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Oak Hill, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
Submit all questions to pfreeman@thethrashergroup.com AND tdsmith@thethrashergroup.com Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to City of Oak Hill in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The Project includes construction of an approximately 5,500 SF addition to the existing fire station. Building construction consists of: Load-bearing CMU walls with helical pier foundations; steel roof joists; Exterior finishes include: Architectural CMU's, metal panels; and Standing seam metal roofing. Interior partitions are CMU's. Interior finishes include painted CMU's, rubber tile flooring, sealed concrete, painted exposed roof structure, and lay-in acoustical ceiling panels. The construction includes electrical, communications, plumbing, fire suppression and HVAC systems and other work. The City of Oak Hill reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
