Site work, new construction and renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Ivins, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; for site work for a clubhouse / community center; and for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Paiute Indian Tribe of Utah is seeking qualifications from qualified Design-Build Contractors to complete the renovation and construction project for the Shivwits Band Community Building. The renovation and construction project will address the safety of the current structure including fire hazards, lack of energy efficiency, and unmanaged water leaks and rotting. In addition, the renovation will improve the community viability as the essential administrative building for the Shivwits Band of Paiutes.
