Project Name: Material Supply Lower Dularge Flood Control FP&C Project No. 36-L27-22-01 Project Description: This work shall consist of supplying borrow material, from a borrow source located within 15 miles of Lower Dularge and shall include loading processed borrow material into Parish vehicles for Owner delivery to the Lower Dularge Flood Control project. Proposals received prior to the time of the scheduled bid opening will be securely kept unopened. No proposal received after the scheduled time for opening will be considered. Bidders are cautioned to allow ample time for transmittal of proposals by mail or otherwise. Bidders are urged to secure information relative to the probable time of arrival and distribution of mail at the place where the proposals are to be opened. Failure of the U.S. Mail or of any express carrier or delivery service to deliver the proposals timely shall not be considered due cause for thescheduled time of the bid opening to be extended.
