Renovation of a medical facility in Maple Ridge, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for Roofing Contractor for the RMH Alouette Pavilion Roof Replacement project. The Alouette Pavilion roof sections 1.5-1.9, 1.1, 1.11 and 1.13 at Ridge Meadow Hospital (RMH) are close to 30 years of age and all sections are exceeding their designed life cycle. All these sections need immediate attention to prevent further damage to the roof system and the building. The roof replacement project should be planned and executed to ensure the safety of the patients and staff in the space. Construction work is anticipated to commence in July, 2023, full completion in October, 2023. The anticipated ready-for-take-over date is November 3, 2023.
