Sealed bids will be for furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, superintendence, and labor for construction of the following being improvements for the City of Tyler, Texas: City of Tyler Bid Number: 23-023 Project Name: Traffic Signal Installation - Various Locations The project includes: Installation of Traffic Signals. A new traffic signal will be constructed at Grande Boulevard and Old Noonday Road and the traffic signal at W Gentry Parkway and W Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard will be reconstructed. Work also includes pedestrian facilities associated with the traffic signal installations/reconstructions. Please Note: In accordance with House Bill 1295, for certain contracts entered into on or after January 1, 2016, the successful bidder must submit a Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295) at the time the signed contract is submitted to the CITY. See Section 19, "Certificate of Interested Parties". As of August 29, 2023, the project was awarded to Striping Technology LP, with an awarded amount of $1,057,847.80
