Reference number : 1727283 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-06-12 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document To be valid, each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn on a chartered bank or a bid bond issued by an insurance company for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount total of the tender, payable to the order of the Municipality of Morin-Heights. This bond shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of opening of tenders In addition, the submission must be accompanied by a letter of consent issued by an insurance company appearing on the table of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), guaranteeing the issue, in favor of the Municipality of Morin-Heights, of a performance bond and a bond for the Contractor's obligations for wages, materials and services if the tenderer becomes the successful tenderer. Each of the guarantees must correspond to 50% of the amount of the tender. The Municipality of Morin-Heights is requesting bids for the installation of new lighting systems on Lac-Echo, Bellevue and Village roads. A total of 9 streetlights will have to be installed and 18 will have to be assembled for later installation by Hydro-Quebec.
