The Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Cavazos, Texas requires a new construction contract to renovate building 32010 to modern standards. This includes but is not limited to demolition, utility work, construct new ramp, stairs and rails, reconfiguration of all infrastructure systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mass notification, and communications). The work shall be located at building 32010. Requirements of the proposed contract will be completed in strict accordance with all the terms and conditions, special contract requirements, specifications, drawings, attachments and exhibits within the contract or as incorporated by reference, to include other contractual obligations identified as close out documentation, final testing, inspection, and acceptance. This requirement will be achieved through the implementation of a firm fixed price (FFP) contract. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
