The awarded Contractor shall provide all the labor, parts, equipment, tools, insurance and reporting necessary to render the services of the networked Edwards fire life safety systems -- test, inspection, and repair at City of Phoenix Convention Center with the exception of the fire extinguishers and suppression systems, for a 5 (five) year period on an as-needed basis starting on or about December 1, 2023. Bidder shall provide monthly pricing that will provide comprehensive, full-service test, inspection, and repair of the FLSS per group including all replacement parts for repair and preventative maintenance of all FLSS as listed in Section 3(18), for the Convention Center facilities locations. Software updates and patches are also included in the monthly rate. (Monthly bid rate covers all cost for parts, labor, repair, inspection, and testing. Only work/repairs due to reasons listed in next paragraph will be billable outside monthly full-service parts, labor, repair, inspection, and testing rate.) Repairs required due to natural disasters, vandalism, and damage caused by others will be billable outside monthly rate. Also, fire alarm system modifications, additions or replacements outside full-service scope and requested by ADR are billable. Contractor shall provide an estimate at bid rate for all billable charges that are outside the monthly rate prior to performing the work. If required by law for the operation of the business or work related to this Offer, Offeror must possess all valid certifications and/or licenses as required by federal, state or local laws at the time of submittal.
