The City of Cranbrook requests proposals from qualified contractors for the provision of snow clearing/removal and ice control services for Western Financial Place for the 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 winter seasons with the option for a one year extension. In addition to any other reservation of rights set out in the RFP, the City reserves the right, in its sole discretion:to reject any proposal due to unsatisfactory references or unsatisfactory past performance under contracts with the City, or any material error, omission or misrepresentation in the proposal;
