The purpose of this Amendment is to cancel the Request for Quote in its entirety. No award will be issued off of this Request for Quote. No new Request for Quote will be issued for this specific requirement. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES To provide services including but not limited to the performance inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance or repair of the Athens CBOC's Building Fire Sprinkler Systems, notification systems, equipment, and components as dictated by NFPA 13, 25, & 72. 1. SCOPE OF WORK: Provide inspection and testing services for 100% of initiating devices within the fire notification system. The system will be inspected and tested in accordance with NFPA 13, 25, & 72 and adhere to the identified and current testing schedule for the same. Each initiating device will be provided an ID number for reference and tracking. Vendor to provide full documentation of the results of each inspection and testing within 5 business days after the completion of testing. Vendor to develop an inventory list with ID numbers for each emergency battery powered fixture and perform a monthly function test and an annual 1.5-hour load/duration test. Full documentation is required for each test. If a fixture fails a test the vendor will provide notice to the COR not later than the next business day. Test documentation shall be the same as required in the above paragraph. Device and fixture identification numbers shall be in bold black lettering/numbers readable from floor level without visual assistance. a.
