Site work for a water / sewer project in Providence, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Vendor to provide quarterly maintenance on NBC's boiler water treatment and closed loop systems. The services performed by the contractor under this specification shall include furnishing all chemicals, reagents, testing equipment, supplies, expertise, and instruction necessary to provide a comprehensive water treatment program. This program must be designed to preserve the integrity of the equipment in which it is used by controlling the corrosive effects of water, limiting deposit and scale buildup, and eliminating microbiological fouling. Bidder must furnish a bid bond or certified check for 3% of the bid in the amount stated. The successful bidder must furnish a 100% performance bond.
