**As of August 31, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Hardy Street Park Shelter, Restroom and Fencing 1 SUMMARY A. Work covered by this section of the RFP shall conform to all contract documents, engineering plans, and/or state and local codes. B. The purpose of these requirements is to construct a picnic shelter, double unit public restroom, and replace existing fencing at Hardy Street Park. C. The primary goals of this project are: 1. Add residential curb appeal to one of the City's parks for the historic North Side neighborhood. 2. Provide an attractive and functional space for which the community can gather and recreate safely. 3. Life-cycle Cost: The preferred end-state of the project would be one that ensures long-term functionality of the products and minimizes upkeep costs.
