Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This contract shall consist of the repairing, replacing or new installation of any sidewalk, driveways, alleyways, curb, curb and gutter, or street utility patches. The work shall be completed at various locations throughout the City based on requests from homeowners or as ordered by the City for public safety. Upon award of the contract, the Contractor will receive an initial list of repairs from the City, which comprises approximately 90 percent of the contract. The remaining work will vary as complaints are compiled, acted upon, and given to the Contractor. 5% bid security is required For questions regarding this project contact the Purchasing office, 203 S. Farwell Street, P.O. Box 5148, Eau Claire, WI 54702-5148, All work shall be completed by September 1, 2023. Estimated quantities contained in bid documents are estimates only. Final quantities will be determined by actual work performed as directed by the Engineer. The Owner maintains the right to increase or decrease the estimated quantities without additional compensation for said increase or decrease The work for which bids are requested includes the following major work items Concrete curb and gutter repair, concrete sidewalk repair, new concrete sidewalk installation, and lawn restoration
