ndefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Design-Build, Design Bid Build Multiple Aw ard Task Order Contract repairs and maintenance of real propperty and construction services for the USACE New Orleans District, Mississippi Valley Division. The MATOC aw ard w ill be made based on the best value to the Government using the Best Value Trade-Off source selection process in accordance w ith FAR Part 15 and the tw o-phase design-build procedures in FAR 36.3. The MATOC's w ill be aw arded for a five-year period of performance. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The total contract dollar capacity shared among firms w ill not exceed $98,000,000.00. The minimum guarantee amount for the entire life of the contract for each IDIQ aw ardee is $2,500. The minimum Task Order value is $250,000.00 and the maximum Task Order Value is $25,000,000.00. Specific w ork may include a combination of design, construction and/or repair w ithin New Orleans Disticet (MVN) and Mississippi Valley Division (MVD) to include Vicksburg District (MVK) and Memphis District (MVM). In accordance w ith Federal Acquisition Regulations 7.107-2, the Contracting Officer has determined the use of consolidation to be necessary and justified. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
