The Owner plans to build a new two-story addition to the existing Middle School, approximately 43,270 sf for approximately 500 additional students. While SISD is consolidating into one existing campus, the facility will be located on an undeveloped portion of the Owner's property. The Project may include the following general scope items: 1.
