1.1Purpose of RFP The state of North Dakota, acting through its North Dakota Parks and Recreation Division (the STATE) is soliciting proposals for a prefab cabin to be used at Little Missouri State Park as our ranger location. 1.2PROCUREMENT OFFICER CONTACT INFORMATION The Procurement Officer is the point of contact for this request. The park facilities should be improved to enhance the work experience for the staff and the visitor experience for the tourists that visit the park each year. Future State is to Replace the current substandard ranger residence with a new prefabricated/kit built unitized ADA-accessible residence in an undeveloped location at Little Missouri Bay State Park and maximize use of no or low maintenance materials throughout. The residence will be designed in accordance with current International Residential Code (IRC) and meet or exceed all related minimum standards. It will also have a rustic appearance that compliments the park ambiance.
