Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Lakeland, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Scope of Work: Construct all new required metal stud framing in accordance with all plan sheet illustrations. o Anchor new metal stud framing to floor and structure above existing ACT. o All new drywall is to receive a level 5 smooth finish or match existing. o Remove and relocate the shelf from north sidewall to south side new constructed wall. o All oak material is to be of the same oak species and top-quality material. Contractor shall determine appropriate sizing for all oak material requirements. Longest length material is required. No piece work will be permitted. o The new door, hardware and frame shall match the existing doors, frames, and hardware. o The 2 new doors width shall be 36" in width with a narrow side-lite insert is to be provided and installed in the new door by contractor. o The new double doors shall be 72" in width is to be provided and installed by contractor. o New millwork step stage unit shall be constructed and cover with approved carpet tile. o New steel window shall be factory painted by KAWNEER in-frame interior framing systems. All glazing shall be tempered. o Reuse and match existing oak finishes for all new and existing work. o Provide and install continuous oak trim in all new framed openings. o Miter all exposed oak trim edges (typical). o ACT ceiling will be rearranged and replaced if needed on the new entrance zone at south area. o Relocate the lighting fixtures. o Supply and install new LED 2'X4' flat panel as required plan sheet illustrations. o Supply and install down spotlight as shown on plan sheet illustrations. o All new lights will relate to new light dimmer switch and sensor. o Supply and install approved new wall base for the new area created. o Supply and install new partition wall with 2 windows as plan sheet illustrations at north access area. o Remove and salvage the 2-access small fence and gates.
