Project scope of work includes but is not limited to site work, paving, utilities and construction of a new two-story, non-separated mixed-use occupancy, Type IIA construction of approximately 75,745 GSF classroom building, with automatic fire sprinkler protection, fire detection and alarm system. The building consists of classroom, laboratory, and administrative offices. Site work includes hardscape and landscape, underground utilities infrastructure, storm drain system and new Arcade construction that connects to the existing Arcade structure on both the North and South sides of the building. Trades include: Erosion control, asphalt paving, pavement markings, pavers, concrete, u/g utilities, fencing, landscaping, struct steel, metal deck, carpentry, waterproofing, insulation, composite panels, roofing, sheet metal, doors/hdwe, access doors, glass/glazing, lath/plaster, drywall, tile, acoustical ceiling, flooring, visual display boards, toilet partitions/access, wall & corner guards, signage, lockers, audio visual equipment, window treatments, floor mates & frames, elevator/escalator, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, DAS, security system, fire alarm, voice & data, etc. RFI's and/or proposed substitutions are due on or before October 24, 2023, at 4:00PM Federal prevailing wage requirement/ PLA apply.
