As of June 13, 2023, this project is in the conceptual phase. An engineer has not been selected. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to June 2024. The goal of this project will be to design and develop options of repair and or replacement of this storm water system. This project will include survey preparation of engineering report, design engineering/plans and specifications, permitting, prequalification of bidders, bidding and award, construction oversight and administration and construction close-out and provision of as-constructed drawings. The City reserves the right to waive any and all informalities in the selection process and also reserves the right not to award the project. It is the City's intent to award one contract for these services. The City reserves the right to accept a firm that is most advantageous to the City. Selection will be made based on evaluation factors of past performance and experience with municipal cemeteries, experience with similar projects, and professional personnel.
