Renovation of an educational facility in Roseville, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of the replacement of a portion of the small DeBourgh Manufacturing Company lockers with larger lockers and adding additional lockers (all to match existing) in the gym locker rooms. Project is located at 2401 Panther Pl, Roseville, CA 95747 In accordance with California Labor Code Section 1770 et seq. payment of the appropriate general prevailing rate of wages for all crafts employed on the public works site is required of the Contractor and all subcontractors. No contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.1(a)]. No contractor or subcontractor may be awarded a contract for public work on a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. Compliance with California Education Code Section 45125.1 mandating fingerprinting requirements applies to this project.
