The Regional Municipality of Waterloo (the "Region") wishes to engage the services of a consulting engineering firm ("Consultant") to provide services for the continuation of the surface water quality monitoring program in the Grand, Speed, Nith and Conestogo and Canagagigue Creek from January 2024 to December 2028 at already pre-determined sampling locations. The goals of the program are to continue to assess the water quality upstream and downstream of Region's wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) and evaluate the impact of upgrades to these plants on water quality along the years. The scope of this assignment will involve collection, analyses, assessment of water quality data, and reporting. The assignment will also involve the review of effluent data from the WWTPs that are involved in the program Question Deadline 06/12/2023 at 4:00 PM ET
