The intent of this contract is to repair a fill slope slump on Forest Road 895 (West Side South Fork Road) at milepost 39.4 by shifting the road alignment and installing an underdrain system. The work includes but is not limited to roadway excavation and embankment, slump excavation and embankment, installation of an underdrain system, culvert installation, riprap placement, hauling and placing road aggregate surfacing, hydraulic turf establishment, and all other indirect items necessary to complete the project in accordance with the contract documents.
