Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Cumming, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Electric heater and HVAC replacements at Shady Grove Campground Bath houses. Question Deadline 06/16/2023 at 12:00 PM ET Online submission Scope Narrative: A. Provide and install 6 total new electric heaters. All heaters shall be equipped with thermostat control. a. Scope is per bath house. Three (3) bath houses total. b. New bath heaters shall be located approximately 8 feet above the floor accessible with ladder. c. Provide and install 2 additional 5000-watt surface mounted heater in each bath house. (See illustration) One in the men's, one in the women. The additional heaters will require new electrical service, 30-amp circuit breaker, conductors ran in non-metallic flex. d. Provide one-year labor and parts warranty. B. Provide and replace existing electric heaters, 11 total. All heaters shall be equipped with thermostat control. a. Provide and replace (2) suspended TPI HF1B5105N 240 VAC 5000-watt heaters in the maintenance building. Heaters are suspended by threaded rod. b. Scope is per bath house. Three (3) bath houses total. c. Existing bath house heaters are located approximately 8 feet above the floor accessible with ladder. Existing heaters are 240 VAC single phase fed by 30- amp 2 pole C/B. All new equipment shall be equipped with mechanical thermostats. d. Provide and replace existing (2) 5000-watt 240VAC Dayton 2YU35 surface mounted heater located in the bath house. One in the men's, one in the women. e. Bath house plumbing chase *3 plumbing chases total. f. Provide and replace one (1) 1500W 240VAC heater in the plumbing chase of the 3 bath houses. Existing chase heaters are wall flush mount. Remove existing heaters and wiring. New heaters shall be suspended from the ceiling, with new power to the location to be determined at pre-bid meeting. g. Provide one-year labor and parts warranty
