The addition, approximately 25,400 square feet, consists of a structural steel structure with non-load bearing CMU walls, brick veneer, steel truss roof system, composition shingles and TPO roofing and light gage truss framed mansard roof system with composition roofing, light weight concrete floor topping over precast concrete hollow core slab flooring , wood athletic floor system, VCT flooring, high performance flooring system, paint, hollow metal doors and frames, wood doors, fiberglass windows, package HVAC System with exposed ductwork, Electrical and fire alarm systems, electric water cooler.
