Phased upgrades, repairs and improvements to Évangéline high school building. The scope of the project includes: - Phase 1: replacement of the exhaust ventilation system with a new intake system, replacement of the roof ventilation units and pipelines; - Phase 2: replacement of fire alarm and extinction system, of the main distribution panel and electrical entrance. TIMELINE: The owner has phased the project implementation. The first construction phase relating to the ventilation system upgrades has been already tendered, awarded and followed in the report under CRM ID name École Évangéline - Rehabilitation of Cafeteria and Upgrading of HVAC Systems. Subsequent package (phase) work will be followed in a new separate report if/when it is tendered. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
