The project consists of the following major items for the existing track improvements: Demolition/removal of existing asphalt surface and various track & field events. Installation of new asphalt paving, concrete edging and other track & field events. Provide vinyl pit covers and other track & field equipment as specified. Minor earth grading and installation of Bermuda sod as indicated on the plans. Installation of fencing, concrete walks and other various site items as shown on the plans. * Please note: The pre-bid is not mandatory but highly recommended. All potential bidders including all subcontractors and other personnel wishing to attend the pre-bid conference must check-in at the school's main office prior to the pre-bid conference. After checking in, you may proceed to meet at the main entrance to the stadium. Please plan accordingly. All questions concerning the project shall be submitted in writing directly to Charles P.
