**As of August 3, 2023, project was awarded to DDB, LLC. awarded amount is $996,098.54.** This project is for the construction of the WWTP Non-Potable Water System which will supply treated effluent wastewater throughout the WWTP to be used for wash water, irrigation, seal water, etc. The existing non-potable water system will be upgraded with a new intake system, a dry well with two pumps, an automatic self-cleaning filter, an emergency potable water connection, approximately 1,200 linear feet of 8" distribution piping, approximately 100 linear feet of 6 distribution piping, and several connections/disconnections to/from existing potable and non-potable service lines. Additionally, the project will include connecting the Administrative Building to an existing backup power source. a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier s check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. The City of Kennewick reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bid
