Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Jacobsen Construction Company, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor") has been selected by Division of Construction and Facilities Management, hereinafter referred to as "Owner", to be the Contractor for new construction of the Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine - BP2 - Structure at the University of Utah, hereinafter referred to as the "Project". Contractor invites qualified trade contractors and vendors (hereinafter referred to as "Subcontractor") to submit bids for the applicable Work Scope. Please refer to individual Work Scopes for the extent of work. Scope 5A - STRUCTURAL STEEL will be procured using a Value Based Selection. All other scopes of work will be procured by low bid. See procurement process in the instructions to bidders for more information. Questions during the bidding process regarding bid procedures, Work Scope requirements, or construction documents should be addressed in writing to Contractor c/o Shaun Robbins at srobbins@jbuild.com. No others are to be contacted about the Project.
