Site work and paving for a road / highway in Springdale, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Description: The major items of work include approximately: The project includes, but not limited to, the construction of Dean s Trail from Hwy. 412 to Don Tyson Parkway. The Contract consists of 6,973-ft of 12-ft wide concrete trail, 228-ft of 10-ft wide sidewalk, 383-ft of 5-ft wide sidewalk, 12x4 and 8x8 precast concrete box culverts, trail lighting, RRFB s, drainage improvements, and 163-ft of 15 sanitary sewer relocation. Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing by email to Luke Freedle at LTFreedle@GarverUSA.com. Any inquiry received forty-eight (48) hours prior to the opening of bids will be given consideration.
