Laramie County School District Number One is seeking firms and/or individuals to provide services as a Facility Project Planner/Architect Consultant for selected planning and construction projects. The selected firm and/or individual will assist in planning and coordinating renovation and building additions to existing schools; develop plans and specifications for major maintenance projects, and assist in the facilitation of the district's strategic planning process; assist owner and consultants in the planning and development of new projects, and provide site observation during construction on major maintenance and capital construction funded projects; assist with project scope development and create Request for Qualifications/Request for Proposals (RFQ/RFP) documents accordingly.
