Demolition and site work for an educational facility in Angie, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The Washington Parish School System intends to demolish a side building at the Wesley Ray Elementary campus located at 30523 Wesley Ray Road, Angie, LA. 70426. The general description is to remove the side building to include removal of outlying sidewalks and walkways. Filling in holes and capping off electrical and water lines at least 2 feet outside of the building area. The structure has been abated. General Conditions All bids must be firm and free from escalator clauses. The successful bid price for these items shall be in effect for 60 days, from the date of the award by the Washington Parish School System. The Washington Parish School System reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Contractors will be responsible for acquiring proper permits for demolition. The contractor awarded will have 15 working days plus 5 weather days to complete the demolition. If not completed the contractor will be assessed $250.00 a day. The Demo will begin on June 28, 2024. Bid submission: be sure to include your state contractor's license with proper classification, on the outside of the bid envelope.
