Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ionia, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

This work is to construct a new dog park with various site elements including a concrete sidewalk, pea gravel and artificial turf surfacing, a shade structure, perimeter fencing and double gates, dog agility equipment, site furnishings with benches, picnic tables and trash receptacles, drinking fountains, and a sidewalk connection to the existing Fred Meijer Grand River Valley Trail according to the attached Construction Document Drawings and Specifications. This project will be implemented under one unified AIA contract held by both the Bidder and the Owner. Bids may be submitted by Contractors and Contractor teams that are fully qualified to perform all categories of work described herein.
