Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The proposed Work includes the installation of concrete encased electrical duct banks, wiring, light pole bases, paver stone sidewalk surfacing with concrete underlay, and street reinstatement. The intent is to obtain an offer to perform the work as required for a unit price Contract, in accordance with these Contract Documents. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid bond or certified cheque in lieu thereof in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Tender Price (including H.S.T.). Subject to the Contract Documents, the successful Bidder shall be required to provide Performance Guarantees as specified in the Tender Documents and in compliance with the Construction Remedies Act S.N.B. 2020, c. 29.
