Paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Pembroke, Maine. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of August 16 project is not happening and will not rebid Project includes demolition of an existing covered concrete walkway and asphalt walks, and excavation for north and south frost walls and slab-on-grade. Wood framed infill to have 2-hour high challenge firewalls constructed against the exterior walls of the east main classroom building and west annex classroom building. A gable roof structure slopes north and south and abut the two firewalls. HVAC unit ventilator in multipurpose room to tie into the existing main school buildings hydronic system with baseboard in the office and corridor Contract will be awarded only after authorization by the School Board and contingent upon voter approval. The School System reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids TIME OF COMPLETION The undersigned Bidder proposes and agrees hereby to commence the Work of the Contract Documents on a date specified in a written Notice to Proceed to be issued by Architect and shall fully complete the Work within 4 months Project Identification: Project consists of Pembroke Elementary School Infill Addition. 1. Project Location: 36, US Route 1, Pembroke, Maine. 2. Owner: School District, AOS 77, Pembroke School Department.
