Although this solicitation has been publicly, advertised only Contractors that are prequalified with the SCA are eligible to submit bids for this project. Please allow extra time for transmittal of all pertinent documents to avoid rejection. This is an electronic transmittal process with no manual interaction by the SCA's Team. BID BREAKDOWN: Upon request, the apparent low bidder for this project will be required to submit to the SCA/Construction Manager its bid breakdown using a Project Specific Template, within seventy-two (72) hours of the bid opening or when requested PHASING EXHIBIT Attached, as Appendix B to the Construction Contract is the Phasing Exhibit for this Project. ALLOWANCE(S): Bidders are to include in their Lump Sum Bid Amount a total allowance for an amount of $46,500 as specified in Technical Specification Section S01010 "Summary of Work", Article 1.03. LUMP SUM BID AMOUNT: ALL BID AMOUNTS MUST BE IN WHOLE DOLLARS ONLY. Bidders shall submit a LUMP SUM BID AMOUNT in the form attached as Appendix A to the Construction Contract to complete the project within the "Performance Period" after normal school hours under the conditions specified in the Contract Documents (as defined in the SCA's General Conditions dated October 11, 2022) inclusive of the Phasing Exhibit A Bid Bond along with its Power Attorney prepared on the form attached to the Construction Contract as Appendix C or a Certified Check of the Bidder for five (5%) percent of the Bid Amount must accompany the Lump Sum Bid Form (Appendix A).
