Renovation of an educational facility in Boulder, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Upgrade Class Security Phase 2 of this project is to upgrade (30) auditorium classrooms with a secure electrical system and add proximity card readers to classrooms and exterior building entrances. The auditorium classrooms secure electrical system is to lockdown all doors going in or out of the classrooms with the push of a button. The proximity card readers to be added to exterior building entrances may be new installation or replacing existing swipe card reader(s). Preference shall be given to Colorado resident bidders and for Colorado labor, as provided by law. Per C.R.S. 24-105-201 If the construction value is $50,000 or greater a Bid Bond and Power of Attorney or Proposal Guaranty is required in an amount not less than 5% of the total Bid.
