The Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission (PVSC) is soliciting qualifications from contractors to establish a pre-qualified list of contractors for the Plantwide Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System Improvements Program Phase 2 Wet Train/Line Operations. PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) shall be enclosed in opaque sealed envelopes, addressed to the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission, Purchasing Department, Public Meeting Room of the Administration Building, 600 Wilson Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07105, with name and address of Applicant, Contract Numbers, Contract Name and Qualification Submission Date plainly marked outside. SOQs will be accepted by mail. SOQs must be sealed and identified as indicated above, enclosed in a mailing envelope with proper postage and received during the time set for receiving SOQs. SOQs shall be opened publicly and read aloud on June 23, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at PVSC's Public Meeting Room of the Administration Building. SOQs may be withdrawn or modified prior to the time for the opening of SOQs or the authorized postponement thereof. In the event that a potential Applicant obtains the RFQ in any manner other than as specified herein, the PVSC will not have the contact information of the potential Applicant for purposes of issuing addenda / clarifications, if any. The non-receipt of any addenda/clarification (in the event that any addenda/clarification are issued) and the failure of the Applicant to acknowledge the receipt of any and all addenda/clarification at the time of SOQ submission shall be considered a fatal defect in such Applicant's submission and said SOQ shall be immediately rejected. Therefore, if a potential Applicant obtains the RFQ in any manner other than as specified herein, said Applicants shall promptly provide written notice to PVSC accordingly. The meeting will take place at PVSC's Operations Engineering & Maintenance (OEM) Building Main Conference Room, second floor, with site visit to follow. As space is limited, the PVSC asks that attendance be limited to two (2) persons from each Firm submitting an application.
