This project provides for on-going capital improvements and major repairs at Gray's Lake Park such as enhanced native landscaping, general improvements, and interior signage renovations. Future improvements are intended to help modernize the facility and will be done with the Gray's Lake and Meredith Trail Advisory Committee's assistance through fundraising for priority projects outlined in the City Council adopted master plan update. Current projects include replacement of the docks which were damaged during a series of extreme freeze-thaw events in 2021, southwest parking lot and major flatwork replacement, flatwork repairs and accessibility improvements and site furnishing repairs and enhancements. Funding is also provided annually for minor landscaping improvements at Gray's Lake Park. This project is included in the city’s fy 2024-2027 Capital Improvement Program. As of June 13, 2024, further details regarding firm construction and completion have not been released. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
