Work in this contract is subject to the General Conditions, Supplementary General Conditions, Special Conditions, Contract Drawings and other Contract Documents, all of which are hereby made a part of this Section, and to all general construction. The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment and appliances required to complete the work of this Contract, including, but not limited to the following: 1. Price Adjustments 2. Mobilization. 3. Maintenance and Protection of Traffic 4. Milling Operations 5. D.G.A. 6. Bituminous Stabilized Base Course Mix I-2/19M64 7. Bituminous Surface Course Mix I-5/9.5M64 8. Walking/Biking path, 4'-8'. FABC Mix I-5/9.5M64, 2" Thick 9. Clean-up. The work shall consist of the mobilization of the Contractor's forces and equipment necessary for performing the work required under the Contract. It shall include transportation of personnel, equipment, and operating supplies to the site, establishment of offices, buildings, and other necessary facilities at the site; and other preparatory work at the site. The owner agrees to provide those services and to perform that work specifically detailed in the accompanying Proposal, all in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Instruction to Bidders, General Conditions, Supplementary General Conditions, and the Special Conditions of the Contract, Technical Specifications and all documents referenced therein are made part hereof and are specifically incorporated herein by reference (the "Contract Documents"). The Contract Documents are expressly defined in Article X. The Contract Documents represent the entire and integrated agreement between the parties and supersedes prior negotiations, representations or agreements, either written or oral. The Contractor shall execute the entire Work described in the Contract Documents, except to the extent specifically indicated in the Contract Documents, except to the extent specifically indicated in the Contract Documents to be responsibility of others.
