Leaf Rapids - new standalone crew quarters, +/- 2,380 sq ft.
Manigotagan - new 2-bay station with crew quarters/office space, +/- 3,840 sq ft.
Miniota - new 2-bay station with crew quarters/office space, +/- 3,170 sq ft.
Notre Dame - Free standing creq quarters & office space, +/= 1,890 sq ft.
Bacon Ridge - new 2-bay station with crew quarters/office space, +/- 4,070 sq ft. Package 2:
Eriksdale - new 4-bay station with crew quarters/office space, +/- 5,360 sq ft.
Thompson - new 4-bay station with office space, +/- 6,560 sq ft.
Ashern - Crew quarter addition +/- 2,140 sq ft.
The Pas - new 2-bay station with office space, +/- 3,820 sq ft.
Waterhen - new 4-bay station with crew quarters/office space, +/- 3,930 sq ft.
Boundary Trails - 1 large bay & office space addition +/- 2,050 sq ft.
Camperville - new 2-bay station with crew quarters +/- 4,060 sq ft.
Flin Flon - new 2-bay station with office space +/- 3,630 sq ft.
Swan River - new 3-bay station with office space +/- 4,210 sq ft. TIMELINE:
An RFQ for design services has been issued.
The owner is looking to complete design of prototype templates (new & additions - 8 stations) & additions (9 stations).
The owner has approval to move to design & tender for Package 1. Package 2 is pending budget approvals from the provincial government for the 2024/2025 fiscal year.
Estimated cost provided by owner. Construction timelines have not been defined.
Award expected July 2023.
