All questions or clarifications concerning the content and requirements of the Invitation to Bid (ITB) must be posted in the Q&A section of the solicitation located at the eProcurement Portal. All questions or clarifications must be submitted by 12:00 pm on Monday, June 12, 2023. Proposals must be accompanied by an original or photocopy or electronic version, e.g. PDF, FAX, etc. of certified check, cashier's check, or a bid bond (collectively referred to hereafter as "Bid Security") issued by a surety authorized to issue such bonds in the State of Idaho, in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the proposal submitted.
