Renovation of a municipal facility in Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Scope of work: is to include all necessary labor, material and equipment for the HVAC new work scope of work outlined in the attached Contract Documents. The HVAC demolition is complete and shall not be reflected in bid costs. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 90 ecurity will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. The selected contractor must comply with M/WBE goals. State University of New York goals are: 0 % MBE and 0 % WBE participation of the total contract value. State University of New York also has a goal for the Work Force participation: EEO 0% WBE and EEO 0% MBE of total work force on the project. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
