Reference number : 1729641 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-06-14 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Subject to the conditions mentioned in the tender documents, the contract will cover a period of 20 months, i.e. from July 1, 2023 to March 31, 2025. The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders for roof repair and maintenance work in OMHM homes. The contract is to render the services and perform all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without limitation, the supplier must provide services for repair, maintenance and reconstruction of any type of membrane (asphalt shingles, multilayer membrane roof, inverted roof) to OMHM homes. Upon written notice from the OMHM to the SUPPLIER, this contract may be renewed for a period of 12 months, at the discretion of the OMHM. At the end of the first renewal period, this contract may be renewed for a second period of 12 months, at the discretion of the OMHM. At the end of the second renewal period, this contract may be renewed for a third period of 12 months, at the discretion of the OMHM. Any renewal of the contract agreed with the SUPPLIER must comply with all the conditions of this contract.
