Renovation of a residential development in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Replace existing toilets Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate The work under the Contract consists of: Remove and legally dispose of existing toilets at all units in the Francis Gardens Development (100 toilets.) Furnish and install new toilets at all units in the Francis Gardens Development (100 toilets.) (5) of the (100) units are Handicap Accessible. 1. General Contractor shall remove and legally dispose from all units: (a) Existing toilet, seat and cover, sealing ring, flange, riser tube and fixture stop 2. Existing to remain: (a)Handicap grab bars at the (5) handicap units 3. General Contractor shall furnish and install new at all units: (a) Toilet, seat and cover, sealing ring, flange, riser tube and quarter turn fixture stop. At (5) existing handicap units install new ADA toilets. Existing grab bars to remain, contractor to verify height of all existing bars before installing new toilets. 4. All Work either shown on the drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done.
