Renovation of a municipal facility in Westlock, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town requires RTU's and ducting installation to feed the South section of the Heritage Building. The system will be divided into 3 zones covering an Office space on the East side, Open conference room with a small office section on the West side and the open middle hallway supplying the lobbies, washroom, custodial room, and former Mechanical Room converted to storage. Mechanical Company to provide engineering within the submission estimate. Facility is currently occupied and would require staging as to which section per RTU is completed, this project may require weekend and or offset work i.e., 12:00pm-9:00pm, it is the intent of the Town to work with current Tenants to minimize disruption, Party's submitting to take in considerations and suggest accordingly to the length of this project without occupancy versus with occupancy. This will determine the valued options within this project to allow a quick changeover.
