Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Kuna, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project consists of constructing a pedestrian hybrid beacon signal, concrete sidewalk, ADA compliant pedestrian ramps, asphalt repair, a seepage bed and painted pavement markings. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing The Bid Security may be in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said Bid Security shall be forfeited to City of Kuna as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their Bid Documents as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. City of Kuna reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City.
