While not a detailed description of the work, the proposed upgrade includes: Civil, siteworks, site preparation and construction of underground cast-in-place concrete MBBR tanks Modifications to the site access road and development of a gravel pad around the MBBR tanks and Operations Building Construction of a new Operations Building including: a) and cast-in-place substructure for channels tanks and process equipment related to coagulation and flocculation tanks, disk filtration, and UV disinfection processes b) MBBR related process equipment c) Chemical systems and storage d) Electrical room e) Laboratory, Control Room, and Operator facilities Site utilities (included as a cash allowance in the Contract): a) New overhead electrical service with pad-mounted transformer and outdoor standby generator b) New buried natural gas supply line Site piping (yard piping) to integrate the new processes New effluent piping to existing outfall
