The Town of Paris, New York invites sealed proposals for: Construction of: Water Booster Pump Station Upgrades (Butler Road and Sulphur Springs Road). Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 pm local time on the 13th day of June and then at 5:00 pm publicly opened and read aloud at: Town Clerk Office 2580 Sulphur Spring Rd Sauquoit, NY 13456. Consulting Engineers (contact information below). Only one Proposal Package will be furnished to each bidder. Together with a statement of non- collusion, both in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The Town of Paris reserves the right to waive any informalities in, or to reject any or all proposals. The three (3) lowest bidders may not withdraw their proposals within thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening thereof.
