The Project consists of constructing water main improvements along Oakland Avenue from N. 22nd Street to N. 28th Street. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Questions other than ordering documents should be directed to Shannon Howe, P.E., S.E., 660-651-1582. Bidding Documents also may be examined at City Hall 206 North 16th Street, Bethany, MO 64424; on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Bidding Documents may also be purchased online at howecompany. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to Howe Company, LLC. Upon request and receipt of the document fee indicated above plus a non-refundable shipping charge, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Bid Documents can also be obtained in PDF form from www.howecompany.com. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office and www.howecompany.com.
