Any bids received after the date and time set forth above will be rejected. No facsimile copies or emailed bids will be accepted. Any questions regarding the bid should be directed to Affordable Housing Administrators at 732-966-0674 BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED on the Bid Proposal form included in the Bid Package. Bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes for each project with the name of the homeowner and the name of the bidding contractor clearly indicated on each envelope. BID PROPOSAL PACKAGES may be obtained by calling the Affordable Housing Administrators at 732-966-0674. BIDDERS MUST COMPLY with P.L. 1975, C.12:307 regarding Affirmative Action Regulations, and P.L. 1977, C.33 regarding Disclosure of Corporate and/or Partnership Ownership. Bidders must present a valid State of NJ Business Registration Certificate and Federal 10 number and Insurance Certificate before the bid will be awarded We reserve the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive any informality in the bids and accompanying documents received if deemed in the best interest of the property owner.
